Invoice

Whether you represent a business, a public institution, or an association, we can offer payment by invoice with a 7-day credit agreement. It may not be visible to you at checkout – you may contact us to make sure you are approved.

Electronic invoice

PEPPOL E-Invoicing

At JM Band, we offer PEPPOL e-invoicing for public institutions and larger companies outside Denmark. PEPPOL is the international standard for secure and efficient electronic invoicing and is widely used across the UK and Europe.

PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) is an electronic invoicing network used by public institutions and large organizations to receive invoices digitally. PEPPOL uses a unique PEPPOL Participant ID to route invoices directly to the correct organization.

When placing an order with us, you can choose PEPPOL e-invoicing as your payment method. With this option, you can:

  1. Receive a 14-day credit period.
  2. Avoid prepayment, ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process.
  3. Have all orders approved internally by your institution or organization before purchase.
Important to Note

To ensure successful invoicing, the ordering party must be authorized to place orders on behalf of the institution and provide a valid PEPPOL Participant ID. Orders are only delivered to the official address of the institution or company.
