Your satisfaction is very important to us at JM Band. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow this return policy carefully.

Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days, starting from the day you receive the goods, without needing to give any reason.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
Certain products are exempt from the right to cancel under the Act. JM Band does not accept returns of items that have been custom-made or clearly personalized (for example, printed paper wristbands). We also do not accept returns if the original packaging has been opened or damaged.

Return Procedure
At JM Band, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. Please follow these steps:

1. Log in: Log in to your profile on our website to create a return request.
2. Or contact our customer support: Send an email to info@jmband.ie (or use the chat on our website). Make sure to include your order number and the items you wish to return.
3. Wait for confirmation: Our customer support team will review your request and send you a confirmation with detailed return instructions if approved.
4. Send the item back: Once approved, you may return the products to the following address:

Important:
- Include a copy of the confirmation and your contact details in the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed with our customer support.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved:

- Card Payment: The refund will be credited back to the card used for the purchase.
- Bank Transfer: We will need your banking details to process the refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
In the event of a faulty or non-conforming product, you have rights under Irish consumer legislation. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or a price reduction.
