The first step in preparing your personalized paper wristbands for printing is to design them. Please note that the size of the printed paper wristbands is 19mm in width and 255mm in length. The maximum print area is 150mm (length) by 15mm (width). Personalized paper wristbands for events can only be printed in black.

When designing custom printed paper wristbands online, you must first select the background color. There are over 12 vibrant colors to choose from. You can enter two lines of text and two logos or icons, one on the left and one on the right. If you wish, you can enable or disable the display in the print area. There are several fonts to choose from, the size of which you can adjust and choose between bold, italic, underlined or a combination of both. You can also move the position of the text as you wish.

Once you have finished customizing the texts, you can give your full attention to the logo.

You have the option to upload your own logos (black and white square line art only) or choose one or two icons or a combination as you wish. For example, you can have your logo on one end and the 18+ age verification icon on the other.

Once the personalized paper wristbands design for the event is ready, click Next. In the dialog box that appears, enter the quantity and then place your order. There is no minimum order required. Order as many or as many as you want. Likewise, you can also order paper wristbands printed with a message.

If necessary, customers can request changes to the layout and our graphic design team will fix the old layout and send a new layout. This continues until the customer is fully satisfied. Once the layout is approved by our client, we can start production.

We accept graphic files in vector and bitmap format for the production of custom printed paper strips. Graphic files in vector format produce the best results because they can be scaled without losing quality.

The eps format, for example, is highly compatible with almost all desktop publishing and graphics software, and this allows us to 'increase or reduce the size of the image while maintaining its sharpness.

PDFs in vector format are the easiest for us to manage, they are universal and we can open them. regardless of the version they were created in. Other vector file formats we accept are EPS, SVG, CDR and Ai (but not all versions).

If a vector file is not available, please try sending us a high resolution bitmap file so we can examine it. So we can see if we can convert it to a vector file that we can use for production.

Bitmap files accepted: JPEG, PNG, TIFF in 150 dpi minimum, although 300 dpi or higher is preferred here.

Production of cheap printed paper wristbands for events

First, Tyvek paper wristbands are printed in large batches using a rotary printing machine like the Mark Andy Printer, filling the entire surface of the paper and one side of the wristbands with the desired color.
