We contacted JMBAND for the purpose of making our own coin in massive brass, with company logo embossed and text on the front and back. From first contact, the service was top notch. They were very helpful with advice and guidance. They made a shift that we together corrected several times until we were 100 percent satisfied.

We were very busy delivering our coins and JMBand contacted a supplier other than their primary partner to squeeze on so we could get our coins before our deadline and they would cover the additional cost that was at an alternative supplier .
A few weeks later we got our coins delivered on time.

Unfortunately, the factory had printed our 1000 coins in a metal that was not massive brass but rather brass coated. They were neat but not of the quality we had agreed. We contacted JMband to find a solution. Of course, they were as sorry as we were over the result. Without rubbish, JMband accepted to order 1000 new coins from their alm. Supplier - without charge, even if they would suffer a big loss.
We then got some physical samples sent before the final approval and here the tests were in top quality as agreed, the same were the 1000 coins we received a few weeks later.

Of course, we were sorry that the product was not sitting in the closet for the first time, but understand that errors can occur when using an alternative supplier.
We are deeply impressed with the service we have received and all the time and costs they have spent, so that we eventually reached the finish, with a coin in top quality that we are very proud to show off.
